Refund policy

Return Policy:

  • Our return policy allows for a 14-day period to request a return after receiving the item.
  • Eligibility criteria include the item being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be sent to: 95 Wilton Rd, Pimlico, London SW1V 1BZ, United Kingdom.
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided upon acceptance of the return.
  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • The recommended process for exchanges is to return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period:

  • For merchandise shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cancellation or return period is applicable, without justification.
  • Similar eligibility criteria as the general return policy apply.

Refunds:

  • Notification of the return status and refund approval will be provided after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Refunds will be automatically processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
